Day Ninety Seven - Rain Set
The sails are down on lake superior as I swing my feet off the end of a dock facing west. "The lake does strange things to the weather" is what I've heard from almost every local. I've even caught myself explaining the oddness. The waters are therapeutic and I'm lucky to have them right now.

Day Eighty Nine - Thunder Bowling
Last night I experienced my first major electrical storm. The skies were roaring in all directions and the disco ball was spinning. I can only hope that there was a big party happening up stairs... themes involved hopefully :)

Day Eighty Six - Blurry Boots
I took this photo a few weeks ago of two separate cowboy boots hanging from the back of a wagon. When I put it into post-production I had 3 negatives, two of which were in focus, but this one appealed to me much more. The sense of movement, the deep color, the contrast... it all reflects my life so much right now.

Day Eighty - Trio
Three. Trio. Trifecta. Deuce-Ace.
It's been ten days since my last blog and for that I apologize. Tragedy has stricken my life along with the lives of many other close friends and family. We have suddenly lost a truly special person. A lady who brought class and mad laughs to every occasion. Someone who will continue to live strong, loud and proud through the people who cry for her today. Lindsay Babb, you will forever be missed and we will carry you with us till we hug you again.
Schhhheeeleleleeeeeee ya later Babb.
